Default IR Friendly "Meat"loaf??

So, I have just finished reading the IR diet book, and I have started my lifestyle change!!

Anyway - I made a Turkey meatloaf the other night, and here is what I used:
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 to 3/4 can (14 oz can I think) CRUSHED tomatoes (no extra sugar added)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. italian style bread crumbs (count as 1 carb serving)

Mix all ingredients together, saving a portion of the crushed tomatoes. Put in pan and top loaf with remaining crushed tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes (or until cooked through).

I paired this with a salad, fat free salad dressing and all natural, parmesean and garlic seasoned red potatoes.

Is this considered a balanced meal??

Thanks (and enjoy the recipe - so easy to make!!)
