I hope that everything turns out good for you. Just because her son was crying doesn't mean that you were mistreating him. I also feel that just because someone births a child doesn't mean that they are a good parent. I'm not knocking anyone but who is she to say that you were wrong because her baby wouldn't stop crying? That's a messed up situation and I hope that they call you back for the job. I guess if her baby is crying in someone else's room, they are going to try to suspend them too "under investigation"...
