Yep, just a referral from your GP....info on clinic here:

Ask for a referral to Dr.Laredo specifically. Because it is a teaching hospital you often have to see a resident as well, but I haven't had any problems with that. Plan on being there 1-2 hours after your scheduled appointment time.

Started TTC in Sep/07, with low GI diet and acupuncture.
4 cycles of Clomid Oct/08-Jan/09; all BFN.
Break from TTC from Feb/09-Jul/09 due to endometriomas on both ovaries. Laparoscopy on 06/30.

09/24 - +ve HPT!!
09/25 - Beta #1 = 136
09/28 - Beta #2 = 535
10/01 - Beta #3 = 2196
10/22 - U/S #1 = H/R 166bpm, 1.54cm
11/18 - U/S #2 = 6.2cm
