Could any cysters from Ohio tell me what our state is required to cover? I work at The University of Akron, and I have HMO insurance through Summa. I've just had my first visit to an RE, and they only charged me my $15 copay for a transvaginal ultrasound and some blood work. However, they want to do a SA on my husband which is not covered (well, they'll submit it to my ins to see if they'll reimburse part of it, but the lab wants its payment up front: $90). Is an HSG covered on insurance? What about Clomid, gonadtrophin injections, etc? Also, should I need to (though I really hope not!), would it also cover any ART's like IUI and IVF? Thanks in advance!

Blood test results, 3/19/09--everything in normal range, oddly enough despite obesity and extremely irregular cycle!
