It sounds less like a medical issue, like depression, than the result of the stress of TTC. Try doing some stuff to relax--yoga, a massage, taking time for yourself doing whatever you enjoy. If after a few weeks, that doesn't work, or if you feel worse, then I'd make an appointment.
