I have Med. Mut. of Ohio and while your ins may be different, mine dosen't cover squat. My u/s monitoring and blood work gets covered because those are not strictly considered fertility related by MMO. But my IUIs and meds (with the exception of metformin) are not covered. The best thing to do if you have questions about what is and isn't covered is to contact your HMO. |
