I haven't tried the powder, but the Dr who created the weight loss program that the Biggest Loser contestants (from all seasons) recommends whey protein for post workout nutrition. In his book he posts recipes. I've posted them here:

BTW, his book is AMAZING and one of the best on weight loss that I've ever read. You follow his program, and you can expect some great results. (But you must be willing to exercise....not 6 hours a day like the BL contestants, but he pulls no punches about the volume and intensity of exercise needed for weight loss.)
