Thanks ladies for all your input I have tried to post on here but my computer keeps acting up and shutting down my internet explorer Any good websites to print info to take to the NUT with me? I was going to take ALL of my diabetic cookbooks and other weightloss cookbooks, all of my exercise videos, my other pamplet from a NUT that I seen previiously, my weight watchers books and paperwork, and all of the other diet stuff I have tried my atkins diet book and a list of everything I have tried
