I'm one of those that has a hard time figuring out what to tell people I am.
My dad is German, Irish, Scottish (though mostly German), and my mother is latina. She won't consider herself Mexican American because her parents were raised on this side of the border.
Generally I switch between white or hispanic when filling out paperwork. I am whatever I decide I am for the day. |
