I agree w/ Tikki. If they are already going to have you go through a procedure ask for it to be paired w/ a lap to confirm or deny the presence of Endo cells in your abdomen. You cannot diagnose Endo by hysteroscopy, b/c that only looks at your uterus. The definition of Endometriosis is Endometrium cells located *outside* the uterus.

I had them done at the same time and it def saves money if you think you'll end up having lap anyways. If there is a suspicion of endometriosis - push for a lap. Its the only way to diagnose and the best way to manage (the removal of the cells).
