i did low gi cos i wanted to contol/reduce my weight. But ive kind of not behaved recently, so i must get back onto low gi. 
i stopped wheat when i found i am intollerant to it, makes my stomach bloat horriblly/pain/weight gain.
I personally cant get on with the pill, but i know some ladies find it good.
