Posh...who would have thought?
I think what's most frustrating is PCOS is becoming an epidemic that so many people don't know about and the rest don't want to talk about. When I was diagnosed (in 2002) I had a terrible time finding any information on it at all, I was reading Harvard medical encyclopedias because that's all I could find. And to think there have to be so many teen girls (not to mention women) that are suffering silently, thinking something's wrong with them, and not knowing it's not their fault. I wish PCOS got more press, just so that those girls/women could reach out and find help, and their doctors would have to get informed...
