Thank you for all the info you provided Tammy. I really just started thinking about it. After thinking I can do it myself and trying diets etc and not losing and then gaining back if I did...I am at a point the I am looking into WLS.
I really think everything you said Tammy will help me in the direction I need to look into as well.
