I just lost my job and am in a full-out panic because I am all alone here trying to deal with this. I don't know how to deal with this or what to do. The economy and lack of jobs is scaring the life out of me. I feel horrible and my stomach is in a total knot.

Do any of you have any suggestions for how to frame this or how to cope with something like this? I just don't know what to do and am terrified.
