The only advice that I can give you is to first, try calming down. Gather your thoughts. I know it may seem really scarry right now, but freaking out wont help you get a handle on your situation. Take a hour or so for yourself to gather your thoughts. Whenever a negative thought pops in your head, think of a way that you can take control over whatever thought it is. EXAMPLE: I won't be able to find a job fast enough. The other side of that: I am going to look for a job in the morning. I am getting my resemue out there and into the hands of employers.
