Avoid diet pills. They're just a quick fix. Try something like a carb controlled diet. You'd likely need around 45-60 grams of carbohydrate at each of 3 meals. If you snack in-between make it about 15 grams. Eat a source of protein every time you eat w/out going too much over 7-8 ounces each day. Eat lots of fresh veggies and use fresh fruit as some of your carbohydrate servings! |
