Hiya, anyone know what is considered a normal percentage of visceral fat? I can't seem to find any info on that. Anyway, I stepped up some advanced scale at my gym and my instructor told me my vfp is 3% (or maybe it's not percentage but kilo's, he didn't draw a % sign). He claims that's below average, but he also thinks my bfp is normal which on his scale was 25,9! On my home scale it says 23,8 but I guess mine isn't as accurate. It was quite a shocking experience, but it makes sense. Now I have hope that I will definitely relieve my symptoms somewhat if I can bring my bfp down to 22! Oh, but one good thing though, he said my muscle mass is 32% and that is suppossed to be a little above average.
