Wantababy: JazakAllah khair, sister. I guess I was so shocked, I believed for a while that I may have ovulated or even conceived before Femara, but I think that's not possible. Basically, I've given up on trying to pin point when these things happened. Allah SWT knows the science of everything better than us... Sister, I seriously think if I can get pregnant, ANYONE can, inshAllah.

Chips: I'm from B block, or was. I liked Model Town but I'm really enjoying being here. JazakAllahkhair sister, for your words. Please pray this is a viable pregnancy and I have a saleh child, inshAllah.

Crunfil: JazakAllah khair! Oh boy, another Lahori on the board... just when I thought I've run away from Lahore. Hah. Sister, how were you diagnosed with PCOS? What were your symptoms and whoever diagnosed you, what's their plan of action? I'm asking all these questions so we know where you are and can help you get more information on PCOS inshAllah.

Faithandhope: InshAllah I'll stick around. Please pray everything goes smoothly for me...! How are you doing? Clomid wrecked havoc with my emotions too. I just don't want to think about that time anymore. About the abbreviations, this will be your lexicon for life on SC. And eventually, if you stick out here longer, you'll get so used to these terms, you'll actually start thinking of your husband as a DH and your periods as AF. I actually told the nurse one day, "I've using OPKs" and she was just quiet so I added... "umm, ovulation predicting kit... ahem..."

Sarahsmom: JazakAllah for the new thread sister. I was going to start one but then I decided to wait for you to do our laundry I normally wear my jilbabs to the masjid too and make use of coats/long sweaters in winters and a long cotton jacket in summers. But I guess I'll need to find something for summers... Texas is no better than Pakistan when it comes to Summers apparently.

I LOVE your how-I-got-married-story!!! Who could've thought, right! See the reason I asked was because I thought hmm, Syria and Palestine - sure they've got a common border (they do, right?) but how does a wedding fit into this especially if you say your DH is more like me (FOB!). So that's an awesome story! I can't wait for Sarah to grow up and hear the tale... Happy home coming! I know man, it's important to get away from DHs once in a while... makes them miss us and cherish us more.

Meggy: Allah SWT knows I prayed for you last night sister. I couldn't remember your nickname on SC but I just imagined your display picture and prayed Allah SWT makes everything easy for you and grants you a child very soon, Ameen. *hugs* My younger sister had a miscarriage recently but she was so happy when I gave her the news of my BFP... InshAllah ... all will be well, for everyone.

As for me, my anniversary went great Alhamdulillah. We had purchased tickets for Six Flags weeks in advance... so we did go but only on the ferris wheel and light water rides, no roller coasters. Later inshAllah, right?

I finally got to talk to a nurse today, after calling three times today - I just don't like the system here. Everytime I call, I have to talk to a new person and give them my entire history and THEY order the tests, not the doctor. I asked the previous nurse to please include progesterone and thyroid test when getting my beta. I mean why do I have to tell them that? Shouldn't they know this already? And then, she didn't tick the progesterone so I don't know how I'm doing there...

Anyway, the nurse I spoke to told me my beta from Thursday is 119 - and they'll repeat it 2moro inshAllah. Sisters please pray everything goes okay. Except for peeing and twinges in my lower abdomen, I have no symptoms! And she also told me my thyroid levels are a "bit off". DH says we're just going to force them to give us an appointment with the doctor 2moro inshAllah. Lets see-
