Adis, I just followed the same dosing as the bottle says, 2 a day. I believe you have to get a prescription for Armour Thyroid, my DO prescribed it for me. I am only taking it once a day and will have my blood work tested in May since I feel like I may need a higher dose. I felt really good for about a week and then kind of went back to the normal sluggish feeling. The progesterone cream hasn't made a difference yet, I was told it usually takes about 3 months to notice anything, I've been on it about 6 weeks and haven't noticed a thing. Now to just lose some weight and I'm sure that will help everything along too! Good luck, let me know if you find out any news. |
