obviously im not a doctor and i dont know anything about u, or ur case, but there are more fertility treatments out there it is just very dependant on ur NHS trust and their policies, the doctor ur seeing is it ur gp or a gyaneocologist, im thinking its ur gynaecologist if so he probably is doing what he thinks is best for u but remember if you arent happy you can always ask for a second opinion, if its ur gp you should ask to be refered to a gyanecologist for further assessment
if u really cant afford for IVF then i would definitely look at other avenues dont let your doctor fob you off ask him whyhe thinks this etc find out his thinkin and question it so you get out of it what u want
