I'm also on Synthroid and Met. I'm not a dr., but I also think your problem is related to your thryoid. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in January of 2008 and it wasn't until December that I my thyroid was stable. My TSH would be .002 and then a few weeks later it would be 19! I don't remember my heart racing but I do remember having occasional shortness of breath, among other issues, like tingling hands and feet, dizziness and fatigue. I started Met in October, and by then my thyroid was starting to stablize, so I know my problems were not related to Met. Fortunately I did not experience any major side affects from Met, but some women do, so its something worth talking about with your Dr. I'm on 2000 XR. Hang in there . . . .and good luck! |
