I second that! Don't know much about the meds you are on so I can't be of help there, but I have been a patient of the PCOS clinic for awhile now. Dr.Sheila Laredo is great. It is a busy clinic, so you may have to wait awhile for a referral....and each visit is one to two hours (typical of seeing any specialist), but I have found it to be worthwhile.

Started TTC in Sep/07, with low GI diet and acupuncture.
4 cycles of Clomid Oct/08-Jan/09; all BFN.
Break from TTC from Feb/09-Jul/09 due to endometriomas on both ovaries. Laparoscopy on 06/30.

09/24 - +ve HPT!!
09/25 - Beta #1 = 136
09/28 - Beta #2 = 535
10/01 - Beta #3 = 2196
10/22 - U/S #1 = H/R 166bpm, 1.54cm
11/18 - U/S #2 = 6.2cm
