I am also considering a lap band, I am actually on my way towards it. I went to a free seminar here and I have my 1st Dr consultant this thurs... I'm excited about it! I am nervous too but I learned alot from everyone on the lap band forum... you can check it out @ Lap Band Talk! It has helped my fears and answered all of my questions/concerns. I hope this helps!
