DX PCOS - 2003- PCOS symptoms since the onset of menstruation at age 12.
Current Meds: Prenatal vitamins Neevo-1/08
Baby Aspirins 81mg
Metformin 2000mg
DH- SA- Normal
HSG- All clear
Trying to conceive actively for 4 yrs.
