My understanding is that for acne, a monophasic pill such as Yasmin, Ortho-Cyclen, Desogen, is better than a tri-phasic pill, as the steadier the hormones, the less changes appear in the skin. Also, taking 2 or 3 packs without a break really can improve you acne far more than having a break from them every month. This is totally healthy and fine. xx |
