Default new and need advice

I'm a 28 year old female, 5'7" and about 130 lbs, and have never really had a weight problem. I was on bcp for about 6 years up until just over a year ago. Since stopping the pill, I haven't gotten my period. I have been struggling with acne on and off since I was a teen, with severe cystic acne at times. I've made dramatic improvements with a whole-foods, low carb diet. But I still have acne around my jawline primarily. I've always had hair in some places that I wouldn't want (toes, a bit around my nipples), but now in the past few months I've noticed hairs are starting to come in in places where I didn't necessarily have them before. And I'm afraid that I've always had PCOS but the bcp were masking it? Or maybe it didn't onset until now anyway? Either way, I'm scared that things are going to keep getting worse... And I want to have children in the next few years.

I've had the full range of hormone tests done, and everything was within normal range except my DHEAS which was very high, at just over 800. Are high DHEAS levels alone an indicator of PCOS? If not, does anyone know where my other pcos-like symptoms might be coming from? And why is my OBGYN not calling me back? How frustrating is that!

I also recently did a hair mineral analysis and have started nutrional balancing, which I'm hoping might help any adrenal problems I have. Anyone else tried this?
