I too and new and have noticed all the same since going off 12 years of birth control (as I was not even having a period on that), After reading all about PCOS, I knew I had it so I made a doctor appt had a pap and a series of hormone testing, then went to see and Endo. she did a transvaginal U/S and confirmed the string of pearls, my advise would be to go see the doctor and get the U/S. We all are different and there is so much information on the internet, it is a lot to take in. Good luck to you. I just started my meds a couple weeks ago.
