That is a tough one, I haven't been able to figure it out myself, there's been several times while at the gym that I had to just leave because I couldn't do it. I would also get really cold and even though I'm supposed to be following a healthy diet, the only thing that makes me feel better is a coke or some food, I don't know why, I think that both the hypo and pcos are feeding off each other and playing with my sugar levels maybe. I don't know hope this makes you feel as if you're not alone. |
