Thanks for your reply! Interesting. Well it's good that the medication is doing its job. Yes, my fingers, toes, and nose are pretty much always cold, and have been for years. At home, I pretty much always have a blanket over me.

As I said in my first post, I am a sweaty person by nature (but not as bad as recently). Does my sweaty nature have anything to do with hypo? It doesn't make sense that my core temp is low but meanwhile I sweat (need prescription-strength deodorant and even that doesn't cut it completely). I would think the body would be doing everything possible to keep the body heat in, not cool it off. Is the sweat just something that comes with PCOS?
