My ectopic m/c I was on suppositories and started bleeding the day after stopping. But I had to get methotrexate shots to terminate the pregnancy.
My recent m/c I was on PIO shots and started bleeding on them. Had d&c next day.
I hope this happens soon for you so you can start to heal. I am sorry for your loss
