I hope no one minds me posting this, but I wanted to update again
So after having my Mirena removed, I tried Yaz. It was horrible and after about 6 weeks, I quit taking it. It took me almost 2 solid years to get pregnant with my first son and a year with my second (with 2 m/c before getting preggo with him). But because of that, DH and I decided to just be open to whatever happened....and guess what? I got a BFP my first cycle off of YAZ! I'm posting here to say, that although I had complications with the Mirena, it did not affect my ability to get pregnant or stay pregnant and I hope that helps someone
Sometimes I think maybe it actually helped me along. I am 25 weeks with a healthy baby boy right now!
