Default Hormone issues raging again! HELP!

I'm looking for other wls patients who are having issues once again with gaining weight in their abdominal area... and having hormone issues....

I had a saliva test done for bhrt treatment. The compounding pharmacist says I have adrenal fatigue, problems with insulin in the mid tummy region and honestly, my weight has jumped up 10 lbs since I got Mirena last year and I can't get it off. I have tried calorie cutting, carb cutting, exercise, I am frustrated and very afraid that I am going to regain weight in the stomach area!

I have a high estrogen dominance, and not enough progesterone. He wants me to do a colon cleanse and add calcium D glucamate (sp?), along with changing a few things in my diet. I am afraid to do these things because I am not sure that they are safe for us as a bypass patient. I am going to see a new gyn next week as mine does not believe in any bhrt but conventional hormones only... kinda "put a band aid on each symptom as they occur" type of mentality instead of getting to the root of the problem.

Anyway, I would/need to hear from any person who is having these issues again. My lowest weight was 116, I far exceeded my weight loss goals, and I am afraid that my weight will start to spiral and climb again, not out of MY diet and lifestyle, but out of HEALTH issues.

Dang you mother nature! You sure are a biotch!
