I've been having Rice Krispies with 1% milk, and banana slices in it. A few weeks ago I was on a fried egg kick lol....sometimes I have a Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt cup. Hmm, what else? Breakfast ham is a good low sugar alternative too, and lower fat than bacon and sausage. Basically, the dietician told me I wasn't eating enough carbs...go figure.
