I would like to join, but I am afraid to because I have been trying SUPER HARD for the last 4 months to lose weight, but I haven't lost any weight! I'm 17 years old, 5' 3.5" tall and 140 pounds! 8 months ago I was a content 112 pound teenager and I wore size 0 jeans, now I don't even know what size I am because I'm too depressed to wear anything but sweats. I was tested for insulin resistence and I was hoping that was the problem so I could go on metaformin, but my insulin levels came back normal and now I don't know what to do! I'm beginning to lose hope that I'm going to be stuck like this forever! I eat only 1200 calories a day and I eat a TON of protien (which I HATE because I think meat is disgusting) and I just want to lose some weight! Does anyone have any suggestions for me? :'( |
