This was very helpful, but the only symptom that is bothersome for me is the weight gain and inability to lose weight. I need answers and advice on what to do next. Im eating a very healthy low-carb, high-protein, 1200 calorie diet and exercising regularly but I have stayed at 140 (30 pounds up from where I was and should be) for the last 5 months. I'm not insulin resistent and I dont have thyroid problems. my mom is fed up with me asking for doctors appointments and she doesnt understand how DESPERATELY I want answers to help me get back to a normal and more attractive weight. Any suggestions as to what could be causing my extremely annoying metabolic defficiency?
