I read an article where she attributed losing weight to her getting pregnant. It wasn't that she lost so much weight
because she had PCOS, but she lost it in order to get pregnant.
There was a tv show or documentary about the spice girls that I watched before I knew she had PCOS and it was showing them all eating breakfast and I think it was Geri said 'Vicky doesn't eat bread' and it showed Geri eating some white bread toast and Victoria was eating a massive salad. I thought at the time - urgh, how can she choose a salad over toast for breakfast - but now I understand that if she had the toast, she would probably feel as gluggy and tired as I used to when I was eating highly processed carbs all day long.
