Absolutely not... there are consequences to our actions, but they're not punishments from God. IMO God doesn't punish us in this life for our actions; otherwise, bad things would never happen to good people.
As far as I know, PCOS doesn't result from abortion, so you most likely had it before you got pregnant, it just wasn't diagnosed.
I'm not sure what religion you are (since some treat it differently), but if you're truly sorry and are truly repentant, God will know your heart (if you're Catholic, I would certainly recommend speaking to a priest, they can point you to the local Project Rachel healing program in your area. Heck, I'd recommend Project Rachel even if you aren't Catholic

You've definitely got my prayers; I never got an abortion myself, but I helped a friend get one many years ago, and it still hurts my heart. Keep the faith, God loves us all, even with our faults.
