I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I know how it feels to suffer from anxiety and it is really aweful. You are in a bit of a bind with the lack of health insurance. My first instinct was to suggest talking to a therapist. For me personally, Prozac has been a godsend but I know there are many people out there who don't like to take anti-depressants. There is something called Rescue Remedy that helped me out a bit when I first started feeling really anxious. They sell it at most health and nutritional supplement stores in the natural remedies section. Another thing I learned through therapy is to try and use distraction during panic attacks, I play the computer game WoW (I know, I'm a big geek) and its really helpful during stressful times to just let my mind focus on something else. |
