 Am I losing my mind???
Over the last few months I have had the worse spells of anxiety ever! I have been crying for no reason - Excessively!!! I stopped BCP in Decemeber, and these spells are horrible just before my period. Has anyone else ever had this happen??? Did your doc give any advice? any help would be great! I feel like I have been just "going through the motions" of life. Ugh!
