I can totally relate to what you are describing. I call it being "out of control of my own emotions". I always link it to PCOS and the hormone imbalance that it is. Therefore, explaining the crazy moods, etc. Hang in there. Try to focus on excersize and getting fresh air and sharing with others, particularly those who can relate to you from this website. I find a lot of comfort in relating with others who are going through similar things. Other people can't really sympathize too much or in the way you hope they would. Educate yourself if you haven't allready on PCOS and what you can do to feel better Good Luck! Try making a few new friends on here that you can check in with to talk. Hope this helps
