I am so sorry about your miscarriages. I have had several miscarriages and they are very painful and it does take time to heal from them.
In my opinion, the first thing you should do is get tested for bi-polar disorder. Once you have been tested than you can decide if you need to see a counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist. Out of the three only a psychiatrist can prescribe medication. If you are bi-polar you might be able to see a counselor and get your primary doctor to prescribe the medication. If you aren't bi-polar I would suggest seeing a counselor. You should be able to get a good recommendation from your doctor.
You could also have borderline-personality disorder. I have it. It mimics bi-polar disorder. In most cases it does not require medication to treat.
Something that might help you before you can get help is to keep a gratitude journal. When I was in recovery for alcoholism my sponsor had me keep one. It really helps to keep focus on the good things in your life.
