I eat eggs, do you not like them? If you don't like them its one thing but if you don't eat them because you think they are bad for you, that is completely wrong. Eggs are incredibly good for you, including the yolks. There are incredibly diverse egg recipes, you dont just have to have scrambled with nothing. You can add veggies, cheese, make souffles and fritattas. If you really cant stand that taste though, low fat cottage cheese with an apple and almonds is a great low carb high fiber breakfast. You can also try a whey protein shake in the morning, along with cottage cheese.
