This is my first wall post!! very exciting!
I personally have never spoken to anyone about my pcos, only my mum and sister no. However sometimes i get the feeling that they try to understand but don't really.
I myself weight alot and find it really hard to loose weight. I am a vegetarian and eat the same as my family yet i put the pounds on!! i can look at a piece of cake and put the weight on for it!

recently i hav started met which hasn't really helped me loose any weight but maybe its early days. I have also started exercising for the last couple of months and have managed to loose around 10lbs. which im really pleased about but sometimes it doesn't feel enough, considering i feel like i live at the gym. I now do 5 hrs minimum at the gym a week!! But i think if you keep at it u can achieve a weight loss and u will meet new people and generally feel beta about your self. Even if i haven't lost masses of weight my confidence has increased and yes there are chocolate days, but we are all human.
I no it is possible to loose weight, we all have to just persevere!! I personally want to try a low G.I diet however as im a veggie food always seems soooo limited already!
