Tried and tested- It works!! I have read the book and following the diet for 3 months now . Iam happy with the results. I have lost 10 pounds. The instructions are easy to follow and the diet is pretty healthy. The author insists on the following points:
1. Eat smaller meals : 30 gms carbs and 15 gms protein
2. Donot eat carbs without linking them with protein. Thats the ratio of 30: 15 is important
3. Space meals atleast 3 hours. The IR body takes 3 hours to decide if the glucose needs to be stored as fat.
4. Reommendation for protein :cheese, eggs, chicken, beans, legumes. |
