lovemychris - Thanks so much for your reply! The information is really helpful. I think I will definitely try the Selenium and Vit B Complex. My doctor wants me to have annual bloodtests. From memory when I was hovering at borderline before, the levels to determine hypo in the UK is higher than in the US so it will probably be longer until I get diagnosed! I only have copies of my results from 2006, doctor's generally don't tend to give copies here but I think I will request copies.

My results in 2006 were:

Serum Free T4 Level - 13pmol/L
Serum TSH Level - 7.2 mui/L

They have been all over the place recently according to the Dr, I really do need to get hold of the copies!
