I really have to say I don't know how you did it with a TSH that high...Mine was at 22.1 when I was diagnosed and during that time, everyday I woke up I felt a little more dead...it felt like my body was shutting down....
So wow...but I hope you are feeling better now that it's in the right range...(and I might have to start taking mine this way lol) |
