KamsMom,

I'd rather not be on BCPs either... I feel like its going against what I'm trying to accomplish (ovulating!).
I've tried anti-anxiety meds- they just made me feel weird. I'm not sure the episodes I have are anxiety attacks though... but I do have anxiety. It's hard to cope when the attacks might be hormonal in nature- you can't really control that aspect of your system (other than BCPs). My Husband always tries to tell me to relax, but for me, it feels like getting a shot of adrenaline, and I can't calm down until the hormone regulates on its own.

Have you tried drinking chamomile tea? That has helped me in the past... as well as "Women's Transformation Tea."

When I had my tests done (back in November) my estrogen was normal 51 I think, and my testosterone was only 10 points too high. But get this- my doctor never gave me my progesterone results, and when I asked her about it- she put me off! :-o

Good luck with your testing!

~Lulu
