I've only been taking it for a few days, but I am a huge fan. I have so much more energy and I'm less depressed, and no more brain fog, which is great because the metformin has been worsening those symptoms. I realized that my prenatals didn't have magnesium, so I'm only taking 250 mg, but I think even that level is helping!
