I personally believe that God does not punish, that Satan punishes, destroys, hates, etc. It says many times in the Bible that God is all light, in Him is no darkness at all. God isn't capable of bad, God isn't able to punish you. He allows certain things to happen because there has to be good and evil. My church describes it in a way that you have a hedge of protection around you, however, if you sin and allow a hole to open up in the hedge, then Satan can attack you (and believe me, he will).
That being said, there are such things as miracles, and this "hole in the hedge" isn't permanent. God can and definitely does heal. I have heard many stories of women with PCOS having 1, 2, or even 4 children! Don't give up hope fellow cyster. I really hope this helps!
