Thank you for the response and the compliment.

The problem isn't really hair. I shave that. The problem is the skin itself! It's very dark and thick and makes me really self-aware and embarrassed. I know it's normal to be slightly darker there because of blood flow, but this is EXTREME! I was going to try facial "lightening" cream on it, but I'm kind of scared. Any ideas?
